Master Uejima-san’s highest-quality matcha, distinguished by its exceptionally rich and deep umami flavor. To achieve perfect balance, leaves from three tea cultivars are carefully blended: Ujihikari, Samidori, and Gokou. This is a rare variety of Ujihikari tea tree. It is particularly appreciated for its natural sweetness and expressive umami, which gives the matcha its richness and a clean, lingering aftertaste. Drawing on years of experience, Master Uejima-san has meticulously combined all three varieties to create a harmonious and subtle flavour structure that is clearly perceptible in every cup.

We recommend cooking with 60℃ water to bring out its rich umami flavour. Both usucha (liquid matcha) and koicha (thick matcha) can be prepared.

[462
559,1553,668,667,1554,1555,611,612,610,1220,596,1135,1185,1557,624,1134,603,602,1556,1552,1201,514,1530,1532
post-19672","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-matcha-tea","product_tag-ceremonial-matcha","product_tag-delicious-matcha","product_tag-how-to-make-matcha-en","product_tag-how-to-prepare-matcha-en","product_tag-imperial-matcha-en","product_tag-imperial-quality","product_tag-japanese-matcha","product_tag-japanese-matcha-tea","product_tag-japanese-tea-matcha","product_tag-masters-matcha","product_tag-matcha-en","product_tag-matcha-en-2","product_tag-matcha-preparation-en-2","product_tag-matcha-soup","product_tag-matcha-tea","product_tag-matcha-tea-en","product_tag-matcha-tea-powder","product_tag-matcha-tea-vilnius","product_tag-matcha-vilnius-en","product_tag-original-matcha","product_tag-quality-matcha-en","product_tag-tea-online","product_tag-yugen-tea-tea","product_tag-yugen-tea-vilnius-en","desktop-align-center","tablet-align-center","mobile-align-center","first","instock","featured","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-variable
