About the Aoyoshi Workshop

Aoyoshi’s workshop, which has been in operation for more than 60 years, is located in Tsubame, Nigata Prefecture. The region is famous for its kitchen and cutlery production and Tsubame has been known as one of Japan’s metalwork centres for 300 years. The skills of the craftsmen, handed down from generation to generation, are reflected in the highest quality work.
