The Yugen Tea e-shop order form requires you to provide the personal information (name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, etc.) required to administer your orders. To ensure the security of your payments, you may be directed to third-party websites responsible for making a secure payment that have a privacy policy for those websites. E-shop managers never ask for sensitive personal information (such as personal codes, passwords, bank codes, etc.). By submitting personal information, you also consent to and allow the use and processing of this information and data by providing you with information in order to contact you for business purposes or to process internal statistics.

E-shop customers’ personal data e-mail stored in the trading system for 1 (one) calendar year from the execution of the order. After this period, the customer’s personal and order data is removed from the database.

Data collected by visitors and about their orders are protected from loss, unauthorized use, processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. The visitor’s personal data may only be used if we need to contact him. Upon receipt of a request from the data subject regarding the processing of his or her personal data, the data controller must reply whether the personal data relating to him or her are processed and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than 30 calendar days from the data subject’s request. At the request of the data subject, such data shall be provided in writing. The controller shall provide such data to the data subject free of charge once a calendar year.
