Saturday afternoon was chilly, but the Japanese tea tasting not only warmed us from the inside, but also “refreshed” our brains with new information and experience: Giedrė shared her knowledge of life in Japan, taught us how to prepare tea properly, how to distinguish the scents and flavours, and gave us a surprise at the end! We were all delighted and had a great birthday afternoon at the wonderfully cosy Yugen Tea. Thank you! We will definitely be back, not only to drink tea and eat dessert, but also to deepen our knowledge at the next tasting 🙂

We came last Sunday for a teambuilding event, 9 of us pretty much unaware of the art of Japanese tea.
It was a wonderful time, relaxed, warm, cozy, interesting and entertaining, ...but most of all delicious. Everybody enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend to spend such quality time in this beautiful place

Wonderfully delicious, genuine, quality tea. Through Yugen Tea, I not only discovered the different flavors and aromas of tea, but also learned more about Japanese culture. Giedrė is very nice and has a lot of knowledge. I know I can always contact them if I need advice on teas or brewing techniques.
It's nice that the tea is sourced directly from the farmers, and it's nice that they and their teas are given so much attention and respect with descriptions and photos. An example for any tea shop.
I have picked up almost all of Yugen Tea's teas, and more than one has become a favourite (especially matcha). I believe everyone can discover something for themselves. 100% of the best Japanese tea in Lithuania, if you bought elsewhere you probably haven't discovered the real tea!

It's probably the best place for good quality tea and service in Vilnius. Relaxing and minimal atmosphere, great choice on the menu - matcha, tea, latte tea, and so on. They have vegan desserts. You can book a tea tasting for a group with a tea professional. Loved it and will definitely come back.

Great! 10 points! Giedrė helps to choose a quality tea tailored to personal taste. This attention was very much liked by the buyer, especially when I am not an expert in tea myself and quickly get lost among all kinds and types. I think this is the best place in Lithuania to buy REAL tea.

We attended a Japanese tea tasting. We were fascinated by the very impressive story of the tea shop owner and the tea sommelier about Japanese teas, their preparation and the discovery of their flavours. We learned a lot and had a great time.

A place where time simply passes in cosmic peace. We had a personal tasting of Matcha teas. Both knowledge and pleasure for the taste buds, and the joy of discovery. The founder Giedrė led a muks tasting, informative and interesting about the ways of tasting the tea and getting to know the taste. We left with great emotions, calmness and an uplifting mood, having enjoyed delicious Matcha, wonderful desserts, and having gained knowledge and a good, positive rest. A place to come back to and get away from the hustle and bustle and spend some quiet and cosy time with dear people.
