Oolong tea
Oolong tea is a partially oxidized tea. Depending on the level of oxidation, its notes vary in the scale between green and black tea. When less oxidized, oolong tea has more qualities of the green tea. When more oxidized, it has more qualities of the black tea. Oolong tea is not common in Japan, it is an incredibly rare tea produced in very small amounts. We are happy to have this specialty tea available in Yugen Tea collection.
