A pioneer of smoked tea in Japan, farmer Matsumoto-san uses a variety of Japanese woods to create delicious flavours. This black tea has been smoked in sakura wood chips. This method of preparation produces a pleasant smoky aroma accompanied by sweet notes of cherry berries.
