Seat for preparing Matcha

One part of making a delicious cup of matcha is sieving the powder before placing it in the bowl. This ensures that no clumps form in your tea. Any type of tea strainer can be used for this step, but in our experience these are the most practical, as the strainer fits easily on the edges of the matcha bowl – matchawan – and facilitates the sieving process.
