A matcha latte is a green tea latte made with finely ground matcha green tea powder and milk. It does not contain coffee but does contain caffeine. Usually matcha tea is drunk without milk, but those who are not used to the intense flavour of matcha will find it easier to get used to it with the milk flavour. And it is worth totame it. Matcha latte, with its bright, rich green colour and subtle flavour, is slowly becoming an increasingly popular choice, and its invigorating and tonic effects make matcha a much-loved alternative to your morning cup of coffee.

Why choose a matcha latte instead of a cup of coffee?

Matcha latte is a highly tonic and invigorating drink with a high caffeine concentration. Unlike coffee, matcha’s caffeine effects are slower and longer-lasting due to the L-theanine in tea. L-theanine in matcha tea is also thought to have relaxing, stress-reducing, neuroplasticity-enhancing, thought-producing, concentration-enhancing and mood-enhancing effects on the body. Matcha powder is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This drink is not only a great pleasure for the eye and the taste buds, it is also good for the body.
